Unscripted Studio ("I," "me") operates unscriptedstudio.us. This page explains what data the site collects, why, and how to control it. This is a small, one-person operation, not a big company, and this policy is written to actually reflect that, not to hedge with boilerplate.
What I collect
Contact form. If you submit the form on the site, I collect your name, email, brand/website, what you sell, and whatever you write in the message. This is sent to me via FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, and lands in my email. I use it only to respond to your inquiry.
Site analytics. This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use it (pages viewed, clicks, scroll behavior, approximate device/browser/location, and anonymized session recordings). Clarity sets cookies to do this. I use it to see what's working on the site, not to identify individual visitors.
I don't run a login system, don't process payments on this site, and don't knowingly collect any sensitive personal data (health, financial, government ID, etc.) through it.
Third parties
- FormSubmit — delivers contact form submissions to my email. Their privacy policy.
- Microsoft Clarity — site analytics and session recording. Microsoft's privacy statement.
I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with anyone beyond these two services needed to run the site.
Cookies
Clarity sets cookies to recognize repeat visits and tie analytics events together. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site still works fine without them, you'd just be treated as a new visitor each time.
How long I keep it
Contact form submissions live in my email indefinitely unless you ask me to delete them. Clarity retains analytics data per its own retention policy (see their privacy statement above), not something I control directly.
Your rights
Wherever you're located, you can ask me to see, correct, or delete any personal data I hold on you (mainly: whatever you sent through the contact form). Email jack@unscriptedstudio.us and I'll handle it directly, no ticket system.
Children
This site is a B2B service for brands and isn't directed at children. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes (e.g. adding a new tracker or data use) will be reflected here before they take effect.
